Kier’s brand ‘Trade City’ relates to Light Industrial, Warehousing and Trade Counter concept. Kier Property has successfully delivered over 2 million sq ft of largely speculative Trade City units equating to a development value in excess of £120 million, on both Freehold and Leasehold basis.
In July 2014 we launched a £100m joint venture with Investec Bank Plc to accelerate the expansion of the existing Trade City brand. The first site was completed in November 2014 with a further five sites secured for development in 2015. The joint venture, Kier Trade City LLP is actively pursuing new sites across London and the South East with the ambition of securing further development sites throughout 2016.
